Excel hourly rates range from $14 to $26 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, health savings accounts, vacation, and matching 401k. Experience in welding, painting, and boat building is a plus. Skilled training is available for some positions.
Excel Boats has two manufacturing locations:
Mountain View, Arkansas, is a full-service, small community nestled in the Ozark Mountains of northern Arkansas, 70 miles from Little Rock. Mountain View has good schools, shopping, and excellent hunting/fishing. Mountain View is known as the Folk Music Capital of the world.
Union City, Tennessee, is a community of 11,000 located near the famous Reelfoot Lake and home to Discovery Park of America. Obion County and Union City have nationally recognized school systems, outdoor recreation, and some of the best hunting and fishing in the world.
